Luminescent Oath is not unlocked by currency alone. The documented gate combines level 500, complete Luminescent Cavern Bestiary progress, and a 1,000,000 C$ purchase. Check all three before treating the pedestal as a bug.

Open the live interface and confirm your level, cavern completion, and available C$. A completed general Bestiary does not replace the specific Luminescent Cavern requirement. Keep a buffer so the purchase does not leave the account unable to continue the activity you planned.
Finish the Luminescent Cavern Bestiary
Review the cavern rows and identify the exact missing entry instead of fishing randomly. Conditions such as time, weather, bait, or access may matter for individual catches. Use the live Bestiary wording because community lists can lag behind a patch.
Buy the Rod Only After the Pedestal Unlocks
Return to the Luminescent Cavern pedestal after the completion state updates. Read the prompt before paying. If it still shows locked, recheck level 500 and the cavern-specific percentage, then rejoin once to rule out stale server state.
Expect a Skill Check
The rod's money-oriented value depends on clean catches and its current passive. A lower sticker price than another late rod does not make it easier to use. If perfect catches are inconsistent, practice before making the rod your main money plan.
Keep the Scope Clear
This route explains the unlock, not every fish in the cavern. When one Bestiary row blocks progress, research that fish's current conditions separately rather than substituting an old complete list.
