Enter the Statue of Sovereignty Mine
Keeper's Altar is located under the Statue of Sovereignty, accessible via the Sovereignty Cave. The Statue of Sovereignty serves as the primary landmark for navigation, and the Sovereignty Cave is the access point to reach the altar.
Use Cole's Elevator
To begin your journey, start at the Statue of Sovereignty and locate the Shipwright NPC nearby. Next to the Shipwright, you'll find ladders that you need to climb. These ladders lead to the mines. Follow the path through the mines to find Cole.
Once inside the cave system, your objective is to find Cole. Cole is the NPC positioned near the elevator that descends to Keeper's Altar. The route from the Statue of Sovereignty to Cole involves climbing ladders near the Shipwright and entering the mines.
Confirm You Reached the Correct Altar
When you reach Cole, you'll need to pay him 400C$ for an elevator token. This token is used to access the elevator that takes you down to Keeper's Altar. Ensure you have the necessary funds before making the trip, as Cole will not provide access without payment.
Plan the Visit for Night
Keeper's Altar is only active at night. If you arrive during the day, the altar will not function, and you won't be able to use it for its intended purpose. Plan your descent so that you arrive at the altar when it is nighttime.
