That is the order described in August 2026 guides. Use the named checklists below for that version of the quest; exact component routes remain unresolved.
Complete the Corvus request
The reported Corvus checklist contains these four entries:

The quality choice on the Anglerfish is or, not a requirement to combine both qualities. Keep the full item names when comparing your inventory: ordinary Gold Pieces or Hardened Glass are not the names in this list.

Give the Dyson Sphere to Merlin first
After Corvus awards the Dyson Sphere, take it to Merlin to start Collapse. Do this before setting off to collect the components; saving every Merlin interaction until the end reverses the reported handoff.
Treat these as separate milestones:
- Complete Corvus’s request and receive the Dyson Sphere.
- Give the Sphere to Merlin and open Collapse.
- Collect the components for the later hand-in.
If you already have the Sphere, start with the second milestone rather than repeating Corvus’s material collection.
Keep the five components as a named checklist
The August guides name these five components:
- Stabilizer Core
- Unstable Crystal
- Umbral Matrix
- Singularity Control Unit
- Stellar Wiring
The published routes disagree about several component locations and entry actions. There is no reliable combined route to follow here yet, so do not use this list as five destination instructions. It also does not settle mandatory mutation prefixes, a required rod, or whether existing inventory items count toward the hand-in.
Separate the opening handoff from the final return
The reported sequence returns to Merlin after component collection. When deciding where you are in that sequence, distinguish “Sphere obtained,” “Sphere handed in” and “component stage” instead of treating them as one Merlin step.
If the rod is missing, note the exact unfinished objective and Merlin’s current prompt. Do not repeat the whole chain simply because an older checklist used a different order.
